1- RISKS/SAFETY
In-Style Travel advises its customers to stay informed about current news events and travel restrictions issued by the United States government before booking any international travel. Customers can access information on travel conditions and risks associated with specific destinations through various government websites, including http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov.
The company also recommends that U.S. citizens enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) provided by the U.S. Government, which allows individuals to enter information about their upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist them in case of an emergency. Registration is free and available at https://step.state.gov/step/.
In-Style Travel does not guarantee that travel to specific destinations is advisable or without risk, and customers who choose to travel to such places do so at their own risk. The company will not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of travel to such destinations. By participating in such events, customers accept the associated risks. This statement has been revised to reflect the company’s policy on travel to risky destinations.
2- USE OF IN-STYLE TRAVEL ACCESS AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS
By entering into an agreement with In-Style Travel, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make travel bookings. You agree to be financially responsible for all travel bookings made using your account and to ensure that any minors using your account are supervised when using In-Style Travel communications. You also agree to provide accurate and truthful information when making reservations, and you acknowledge that any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited.
When making a reservation, separate supplier terms and conditions will apply, and you agree to abide by them. This includes paying all amounts due and complying with any rules or restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Violating supplier conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation or purchase, denial of access to flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, forfeiting any monies paid, and debiting your account for any costs incurred by In-Style Travel. You are fully responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments related to your travel bookings through In-Style Travel.
3- SELLER OF TRAVEL
In-Style Travel is a fully accredited travel agency and certified member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), Disney, Marriott, ACCOR hotels, along with a few others.
4- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (PASSPORT, VISAS, ETC)
For events outside the U.S you and your guest (if you invited a plus 1) must carry a valid passport and have obtained all other required travel documents eg. Covid tests. For many countries, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the duration of the event. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because your passport expired. If you have questions on where to obtain passports, let us know.
5- CANCELLATION
At In-Style Travel, all Experiences are carefully curated group travel experiences with confirmed reservations, accommodations, and activities secured in advance for the entire group.
Due to the nature of group travel and the financial commitments made on behalf of all participants, cancellations may impact the overall experience and logistics for the group.
For this reason, all payments made toward any Opulent Experience are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unexpected events.
By booking with In-Style Travel, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your travel investment and understand that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed trips, or unused services.
6- CANCELLATION BY Instyletravelllc.com
We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time up to (and including) 90 days before the scheduled travel date. In this scenario, the client will receive credit to travel on our later events. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any event at any time if, due to natural disaster, political instability or other disruptions and/or circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure circumstances”), the operation of the event would be unsafe or otherwise unviable.
7- E-TICKETS
The expiration date of e-tickets is one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified by the fare rules of the carrier listed in the passenger’s itinerary.
8- LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE
In-Style Travel acts as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier companies such as cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“suppliers”). In-Style Travel is not the source or provider of the travel services and does not have control over the suppliers. Each supplier company is an independent entity with its own management, and their terms and conditions govern the transaction. The suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and Customer consents to the use of those suppliers. All bookings are accepted by In-Style Travel as an agent for the travel suppliers on the itinerary. The transportation, accommodations and other services provided by the suppliers are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders, or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including terms and conditions on their respective websites.
9- TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend that you consider obtaining travel insurance for your trip. It is important to have adequate protection in case of unforeseen events or emergencies during your journey.
If you choose to purchase travel insurance through us, we offer comprehensive coverage options tailored to meet your specific needs. Our policies provide benefits such as trip cancellation/interruption coverage, medical expenses coverage, baggage loss/delay coverage, and 24/7 emergency assistance services.
However, if you already have your own travel insurance, we encourage you to carefully review your policy to ensure it offers sufficient coverage for your trip. It is essential to understand the coverage limits, inclusions, exclusions, and any applicable deductibles in order to have the peace of mind you deserve.
10- ALTERATIONS IN TRAVEL PLANS
In-Style Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to various reasons, such as severe weather or in accordance with supplier terms and conditions. If any component of the itinerary, including but not limited to properties, suppliers, activities, or areas, is cancelled for any reason, In-Style Travel may substitute it with a comparable alternative.
11- PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS
In-Style Travel reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event or during any travel activity for promotional purposes without the express written permission of those included within the photograph or video. In-Style Travel may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by In-Style Travel, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, etc. Any person who does not want their photo or video taken or distributed must contact In-Style Travel in writing at Glen Allen, VA, US and include a photograph of themselves, clearly indicating their intentions.
12- NO COPYING OR EDITING
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, display, transmit, perform, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or distribute any material from this website without our prior written consent. Furthermore, you may not frame or mirror any material on this website on any other server or location. Any unauthorized use of such material on another website or computer environment is strictly prohibited.
13- PRIVACY POLICY
Your information will always be handled in compliance with In-Style Travel Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is included in this Agreement and can be accessed at www.instyletravel.com
14- RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time at our discretion. The revised version of the Terms will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is recommended that you check this page frequently, particularly before using the website, to stay informed of any changes. Your use of the website after any modifications to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and In-Style Travel , LLC in accessing and using the services provided by In-Style Travel , including its website. By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services through In-Style Travel website, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms limit the customer’s rights and remedies and provide protection to In-Style Travel, including warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions. If the customer does not agree with these terms and conditions, they should not use In-Style Travel services or website.
