Mindfulness breakfast activity: Cultivating a Safe Space
Each person will share their “why” for choosing to participate in the retreat and answer two questions: (1) What do you hope to gain? and (2) What will you offer to the group?
Group lunch followed by adventures in the local culture:
Immerse ourselves in the local culture by exploring the markets of Ano Mera village or Visit the historic Windmills of Kato Mili, an iconic Mykonian landmark
Dinner is Served: Paradise Beach and local nightlife (or similar venue)
Educational Session: Relax, Relate Release: Cultivating A Lifestyle of Joy through Mental Wellness for Women/ Knowing our Value with Boldness
DAY 3
Saturday Oct 25th 2025
8 am: Yoga w/Dr. Latora (before breakfast)
Breakfast by Our Gourmet Private chef (all organic ingredients)
Theme of the day: Being Mindful of What We Consume
Group lunch activity: Healthy food choices and Healthy Cooking class
SPA DAY
Educational Session: Consuming without feeling consumed/What we put in our minds, body and soul matters.
Dinner is served by our private gourmet chef: Group activity w/Dr. Latora: Why do we stress eat? Can you recognize your triggers?
DAY 4
Sunday Oct 26th 2025
8 am: Active Meditation and Movement w/Dr. Latora (before breakfast)
Breakfast by Our Gourmet Private chef (all organic ingredients)
Theme of the day: Personal Branding
Catamaran Greece tour to Santorini with food, drinks, snorkeling, relaxation, comradery, Networking etc
Lunch will be served
Dinner is served by our private gourmet chef: Group activity: Satya – time for creating clarity and connection, and bringing out the best in others.
After dinner each participant will have the opportunity to spend 5 minutes independently, with Amanda & Dr. Latora, to provide FEEDBACK
DAY 5
Monday Oct 27th 2025
8 am: Yoga Nidra Session w/Dr. Latora (before breakfast)
*20 minutes of yoga nidra is believed to be equivalent to 2 to 3 hours of deep sleep.

(Being Still and Doing Nothing are not the same thing.)

Welcome to our wonderful 8-bedroom villa located on the Island of Mykonos, Greece.
Mykonos is one of the most popular destinations in the Greek Islands. It is well-known for beautiful beaches, luxurious resorts, the summer party atmosphere, and wonderful nightlife.
OUR Lovely villa is located in the area of Fanari offering gasp-worthy views of the Aegean Sea and its famous sunsets. The location allows for great privacy while being only a short drive from the nightlife of Mykonos Town and all the famous restaurants.
The property has a total of 8 bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms which expands two levels: the ground floor and the pool floor. Each of the bedrooms in the villa are beautifully designed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Offering luxury and beauty beyond all you could imagine, the bedrooms in the villa guarantee an exceptional night’s sleep in the lap of luxury.
The villa has been designed with modern and minimalist interiors with pastel colors. The rooms are spacious and offer elegant en-suite bathrooms as well as art deco elements. Ground level consists of an open plan state of the art fully equipped kitchen, which include a big dining table and cozy lounge corners in nude tones. This space is ideal for our entire group to gather, engage in conversation and enjoy delicious meals together.
The outdoor areas are designed to appeal to guests with a variety of amenities. The private infinity swimming pool is a central role and villa focal point with pool bar. The alfresco jacuzzi also is available for relaxation moments. The outdoor area extends to multiple dining and lounge corners for stretching.
